Terms and conditions
An engagement fee*$1000.00 is required to commence consultation.
This is due and payable within 48 hours of signing an authority form for full service packages. The outstanding balance is due and payable at settlement of the property purchase.
A signed authority to act is required PRIOR to any property search or transaction by RENMAC AGENT PROPERTY CONSULTANT.
The authority is for an exclusive period. However, your perfect home or next investment may be just found in weeks or a few months, depending on market trends and stock availability. Low stock may mean it can take longer.
Should your circumstances change, or you decide you no longer want to proceed with our services 48 hours notice is required in writing via email.
We will retain your engagement fee to cover admin fees & work already commenced; however no other fees are required.
Each service has terms of payment. In regards to coaching, consulting, pre sale services & auction bidding these payments are required strictly at time of booking.
For full Buyer agent services we have a 2 stage payment process an (1) initial engagement fee* $1000.00 which is required to be paid within 48 hours of an authority form signing, prior to engaging our services.
(2) The outstanding balance is due and payable 30 days of contract signing or by arrangement prior at time of settlement of the property purchase.
