EXCLUSIVE AUCTION BIDDING SERVICE

 

Nervous about bidding at auction? Perhaps you're working that day or simply cant be in two places at once? We have fully licensed real estate agents available to bid at auction exclusively on your behalf. We can even coach you on the spot!

 

In order to secure a Buyer agent to bid on your behalf booking & payment is required 48 hours PRIOR to auction. When engaging a Buyer agent to bid on your behalf you must enter into a general purchase authority agreement & pay the bidding fee upfront . This means the buyer agent (only) bids exclusively on your behalf up to your agreed maximum documented limit. We also require proof of financial capacity in order to pay the deposit to substantiate that the Buyer agent is in fact bidding on a "qualified buyers" behalf. 

Upon receipt of payment & general purchase agreement being signed your Buyer agent is confirmed & will make contact to discuss your instructions for the day.  We often get multiple requests for a Buyers agent to bid at auctions ON THE SAME DAY this being the case no refund will be given for cancellations or "change of mind" within 48 hours of auction date/time.

**We require 72 hours notice required for cancellation so we may re book another client. We are happy to refund the auction bidding fee if 72 hours notice is given less a $50 admin fee.

FEES

Melbourne $1,200.00 AUD + $1,000.00 success fee if auction is won.

Ballarat $375.00 AUD 

Geelong $350.00 AUD

Brisbane $2,000.00 AUD

*Please note the booking is not secured without authority signed, financial capacity proof and full payment confirmed 48 hours PRIOR to auction.

*Travel  & accommodation allowance is required for interstate bookings please request a quote prior to booking interstate service.

 

FIRST HOME

BUYERS AGENT PACKAGE

 

Qualified First Home Buyers now have access to the expertise of an independent Real Estate Agent. We all remember how buying our first property can be daunting financially and we want to help you get into the market. With this in mind, we offer reduced fees for First Home Buyers.

This Package Includes:

  • Digital Property searches - let's join the dots;

  • Scheduling & attendance at open for inspections; virtual & private

  • Support you through the legal document process;

  • Federally trained negotiator to achieve the best price for you;

  • Strategic auction bidding skills to secure your new property;

  • Independent advice to protect your interests from start to finish;

  • Booking pre-purchase services such as building inspection/pest control;

  • Referrals to legal help, a Conveyancer, Accountants + Finance Lenders;

  • Access to your Local Concierge after your purchase is complete;

  • Access to off-market purchase/sell opportunities;

HOME BUYERS PURCHASING PACKAGE

  • Support through the legal document process;

  • Booking pre-purchase services such as building inspection/pest control;

SERVICE FEE

For purchase of investment properties that the owner will not reside in.

  • Shortlist of potential investment properties 

  • Scheduling & attendance of open for inspections; virtual & private

  • Support through the legal document process;

  • Federally trained negotiator to achieve the best price for you;

  • Strategic auction bidding skills to secure your new property;

  • Independent advice to protect your interests from start to finish;

  • Booking pre-purchase services such as building inspection/pest control;

  • Referrals to legal help, a Conveyancer, Accountants + Finance Lenders;

  • Access to your Local Concierge after your purchase is complete;

PACKAGE


We believe that customer service shouldn't stop once you buy. New residents to an area often need advice if things pop up. There is nothing more valuable than access to local knowledge. We help out until you get to know the area & help you build connections in your new community.

Being connected = Renay has access to reliable and professional tradespeople in Geelong, The Bellarine, Ballarat & Melbourne.

 

Renay's network reach is extensive. We are happy to share our contacts with Clients.

 

These are businesses we have employed to conduct maintenance on local real estate investments. They are reliable & suitably qualified. We do not get paid a referral fee for any recommendation to a local business or service.

*Please note; no responsibility of service of this provider lays with the Buyers Agent, it is simply a recommendation.

PAYMENT

Each service has terms of payment. In regards to coaching, consulting, pre sale services & auction bidding these payments are required strictly at time of booking. 

 

For full Buyer agent services we have a 2 stage payment process an (1) initial engagement fee* $1000.00 which is required to be paid within 48 hours of an authority form signing, prior to engaging our services.

(2) The outstanding balance is due and payable at time of settlement of the property purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

An engagement fee*$1000.00 is required to commence consultation. 

This is due and payable within 48 hours of signing an authority form for full service packages. The outstanding balance is due and payable at settlement of the property purchase.

A signed  authority to act is required PRIOR to any property search or transaction by RENMAC AGENT PROPERTY CONSULTANT.

The authority is for an exclusive 12 month search period. However, your perfect home or next investment may be just found in weeks or a few months, depending on market trends and stock availability. Low stock may mean it can take longer.

Should your circumstances change, or you decide you no longer want to proceed with our services 48 hours notice is required in writing via email.

We will retain your engagement fee to cover admin fees & work already commenced; however no other fees are required.
