COGG rejected planning permit for Phar Lap Tree subdivision. (Oct 2022)
A group of Geelong residents has launched a battle against a planned subdivision in the semi-rural suburb of St Albans Park, which some fear will destroy historical links to Phar Lap and other champion racehorses.
The City of Greater Geelong is calling for public comment on a town planning application to subdivide 7-8 Oakwood Ridge, near where the legendary Phar Lap hid for two nights before the 1930 Melbourne Cup. *Planning permit has been rejected by COGG.

Review
Renay is a highly accomplished real estate advocate.
She has an excellent knowledge of the market , and knows how to challenge that market with precision. She’s experienced in her field, and not only loves what she does, but sets out to do everything possible to achieve a top result in the sale with a sincere buyer. She is always very well presented in her appearance and cheerful at all times. Good advice given, and helpful. I would highly recommend her.
