Introducing Coastal Concierge*, a premium service now on offer to investors and owner-occupiers located out of state. Caretaking of an investment property from another state can be challenging if you don’t have the right people engaged to support your investment strategy.

You might be asking, “Why do I need a concierge if I already have a property management company?”

While property managers are generally diligent, I provide an added layer of independent oversight. As a local real estate expert, I ensure your property is meticulously cared for and in top condition.

I handle monthly inspections, liaise with property managers or owners' corporations, and ensure everything is running smoothly. It’s a 'set and forget' solution for your peace of mind. Unlike property managers who are employed on a salary, I'm a fully licensed principal real estate agent who understands the financial investment of owning holiday rentals and multiple residences.
