1. Buy a good sized block 2. Avoid overcapitalizing (specing your home up with fancy fittings they can be cheaper to buy/Install afterwards (light fittings) 3. Buy strictly off the plan to stick to your budget 4. Buy in Stages 1 and 2 if you can.
